The HALO Group, Inc, is home for several different financial vehicles, which are summarized below:
- Mortgage Financing – HALO is a licensed and bonded mortgage broker. A mortgage broker works with many different banks, credit unions, and other investors to leverage the best possible loan terms for their customers. We work with residential and commercial financing platforms, and even have the capability to work on SBA loans for non-real estate transactions.
- Loan Modifications - For those that are struggling to make their mortgage payments - I can help reduce their interest rates and work with their current lender agree to more reasonable terms, etc.
- Corporate Credit building - helping small and large businesses establish their own corporate credit identity. (i.e. Entrepreneurs shouldn't sign for their own business loans and credit lines, and the don't have to if they take the right steps to build their own corporate credit)
- Credit Investing - This is a tag-team of building big corporations credit quickly. I take a normal guy, let's say he has 700 credit scores and wants to earn some extra income. I put him through the credit investing program and within 45 days or so, he'll net thousands of dollars.
