Q: Who can join?

Potentially anyone can join our group. If you have an interest in joining, please contact us and tell us what you do, what you think you can contribute to the group, and how you feel being a member of the group will benefit you.

Q: What does it cost to join?

There are no fees for our group. You may occasionally be asked to contribute to shared activities and resources, but these are minimal.

Q: How is The Edge different from other networking groups?

The Edge is more of a “relationship group” then a “referral group”. Our idea is to form a strong bond between our members that will carry us through the next 20+ years of business. We will all change our business roles during the course of our careers. We feel that this type of organization will benefit us throughout our careers regardless of where our individual paths take us.

Q: What are the benefits of networking?

The benefits of networking are numerous. Each new member of the group brings along their own network of business and personal contacts to add to your circle. The more people you add to your circle of contacts, the more opportunities you have to find new clients, business opportunities and friendships. In addition, you end up with a strong support group for every aspect of your life.

Q: Do you have attendance rules?


Although we don’t have attendance rules, we do ask that our members be active participants in the group. If you rarely attend, don’t participate in events, and basically don’t network, we will eventually stop inviting you!

Q: Do you have referral rules?

You are not required to bring referrals for other members to the group meetings. Basically, you will get back what you are willing to put in. If you actively refer clients to other members, they will do the same for you.
